Thank you James Frey and Trisaetum for sharing your philosophy on winemaking and art. James explained how to make small lot fermentations, which leads to many opportunities in blending Pinot Noir and Riesling. We finished our time at Trisaetum with tastings of Pinot Noir and Riesling in the Trisaetum art gallery. IMG_0810 IMG_0811 IMG_0812 IMG_0813
