The second Walla Walla winery was Pepper Bridge where winemaker Jean-Francois Pellet (Changins Grad) and owner Norm Mckibben greeted the students with wine and an introduction to Pepper Bridge. The visit concluded with a trip to the famous Seven Hills vineyard where Norm explained the history of the vineyard
